Item: Dramen Staff, Water-Filled Vial, Pestle and Mortar.
Other: Ability to defeat Goraks (Level-145).

Skill: 43+ Prayer (protect from melee), 75+ Combat.
Item: Armour (Full Rune), Weapon (Rune or better), Food, Amulet of Glory, Greenman's Ale. (Temporarily boosts your herblore level by 1)
